My initial purchases were at $110, followed by $375 or around that. I haven't taken a hit on Apple ever.

And in relation to Apple being low:

I think tesla is a pretty big risk but I guess risks are what can make good money.

It is a high risk, as is PHO.
But that's why it's only 10% of my total investment.

As far as TSLA goes though, Space X was given the same skepticism and is now getting government contracts and opening as a public option in the near future.

I saw TSLA awhile back and wanted to buy at ~$21, but was warned off. It's now $37 with a fairly steady climb in 5yr, 1yr and 6 month time periods. I think Musk has a good mind and knows how to achieve a goal. Also last November they finally broke even and are gaining positive capital.

I think it's a good stock to play with and hold for awhile, catch it on a daily/weekly dip and you'll probably see decent returns in the future.

Expected more out of Taken 2. It seemed like the plot should have been a lot more complex than it was. I mean, it's a relatively simple plot to begin with, but I think if they made more plot twists, it would have been a lot better.
