OCCOQUAN, VA.
A 16-year-old boy in handcuffs escaped yesterday from a police cruiser parked on a bridge, then jumped over a concrete barrier, plunged into a river and drowned, authorities said.

It was unclear why the boy jumped off I-95 and into the Occoquan River about 60 feet below, Virginia State Police Sgt. Terry Licklider said.

Rodger Rodriguez, of Woodbridge, was pulled over about 3:20 a.m. for speeding, Licklider said. A police officer arrested him for drunken driving and driving without a license.

because dui can ruin your life, especialy if your under age. he would have been extremely lucky if he got his license before he was 20 and only had 800-1000 dollars in fines, and another few grand in lewyar fees, 39+ hours of community service, possibly a few weeks in juvy, dui on his record so hard to get a job, probably rejected from many colleges, the list gos on.

Pretty much explains it all except all the court fees and everything else is gonna sky rocket the fee's
