Well, I've got a slight problem...

Ok, so last time a played a few weeks ago, I was using my rpm. I changed the battery and lubed the bolt, and that really improved the recharge or something. Not sure which it was that helped, but its no use now.

I was playing in a game, and got my first knuckle shot(after shooting my cousins in the hands all day). A lot of the shell and fill went in between my fingers and got into my trigger and beyond. So after I was out of the game, I swabbed it out a little and after a few seconds, found out that the trigger screw in the top fell out and also the little metal switch that hits the switch. So then I had to pull out my tippman and play with that the rest of the day(didn't really hinder my game that much ).

So, I took it home and cleaned it out fully and tried my hand at "fixing it"(mainly just trying to use to tape to make up for the missing parts). I had no luck. I'm guessing that it would be super hard to find these parts? i was thinking that if I don't get the neccessary parts, i could try to sell it for spare parts at a pb shop near me. I'm kinda wanting to get a new gun, maybe a mini or used $500+gun. I need a new one my march, im going to a tourney.

You can get them from SD. The 1/2" size ones are pretty common.

http://www.airsoldier.com:8080/cgi-b...Store_Code=AOS

or

http://www.zdspb.com/store/main.html

Both of these have parts, I've not use either, but the prices seem fair.

Number one on your diagram isn't a screw, its a pin. And I believe he is reffering to number two, the top set screw. I have no idea where you'd be able to find one.

well you could probably go to ur local hardware store and have one drill for you, or u could just crank the other one all the way in.

Well, benb1 pretty much summed up which screw it was. #2
The gun does not work with out the metal strip, the closest I've gotten it to working was taking a small allen wrench and clicking the button on the trigger switch.

The metal strip is just there to provide leverage and a spring-type return for the actual button on the switch. As long as your #3 set screw is screwed in long enough to contact the switch button, there should be no need for the metal strip. Of course, your trigger may not return quickly enough for your liking.

Your going to have to buy a new switch. The one off of scenario dreams will work just fine.

I really doubt you're going to be able to find another set screw, but it won't hinder your markers ability to shoot. The only trouble you will have is that it will swing farther forward than normal.

You can get just about any size set screw you want from McMaster Carr. I would venture to say that the one you lost is most likely a metric one, which they carry in a lot of different sizes.

since screws #3 and #2 have the same threading, take #3 to a hardware store and get some spares, to replace the lost #2 and to have soe extras. as for the switch, the scenario dreams switch will do fine.
