I noticed that everyone had their jersey tucked in their podpacks, and I read in the link posted in the psp midatlantic subforum that someone was called out for an untucked shirt. Is this a rule? Because if it is, that would suck, for two reasons. One, keeping cool. I've lived in the DC area, Virginia, and North Carolina in the summer. It's freaking hot and humid, I cant play with my jersey tucked in up here in Rochester, NY, and I cannot imagine just walking around in the South with my jersey tucked in. Two, (less important) loss of bounces

Yup, you have to have your jersey tucked in. The rule is probably there because of your reason #2.
