Have a Myth G2 Reg that is doing something weird as of today. When I put my cover on my fill nipple it literally shot off, it is a CP nipple cover so it is sealed with orings so I am assuming I have a leak in my fill nipple? Had it happen 3 times today which led me to obviously not use a cover. Little Help? Replace the fill nipple?

That is odd.
Submerge the tank in a clear cup of water and let me know if bubbles are coming out of it.
If it is, empty out the air system and remove the fill nipple.
Inspect the o-ring in the strut inside the fill nipple; make sure there is no damage on the o-ring. If there is, then try to replace the o-ring ( you need a 006-90 polyurethane o-ring). It is difficult to replace the o-ring, but if anything just get a new fill nipple. To instal it back, make sure to use teflon tape or loctite on the threads to seal it back up; leave around 1 thread and half sticking out to allow the strut to shut on/off.
I just recently purchased a brand new tank of yours off ANS. Now I have not had it longer than a month and have only played with it twice. Both times the same o-ring on the piston cracked causing it to leak. I have switched the o-ring more than I already should have for a brand new tank. Someone on my local field said its a common problem with the regulators where it takes in to much air at once and could be freezing my o-rings causing them to crack. Does this make any since to you? If so how can I fix it?

Did you add chemplex 710, dow 33, or any other non oil based grease to the o-rings? Just add a thin layer over it and you should be okay. If you did, then this is very odd.
