You could print it off the computer. Won't be in little booklet style but it would do the job.

Zing! If you don't want the amount of paper, there is a manual app for iPod/iPhone that is pretty nice.

I have that app on my Droid. Its great should anything ever happen. I play with a couple guys and we all have different guns. I can just look up the manual and tech the gun at the field

Want me to introduce you to arts and craft supplies? Scissors, stapler... need I go on?
Why waste money buying it when you can just make it yourself...
I would more than happy to provide a detailed guide with pictures if that would help you understand what I'm getting at.

I'm gonna guess that it's wanted to complete a set for sale on eBay? Have you tried eBay for that? I didn't see any there at the moment, but you might do a Saved Search. It's a long shot, but....

I know what you are getting at, and I would do the same myself, but the OP was not asking for that.

If you use high quality gloss paper, you cna pretty much recreate the manual perfectly in about 10 minutes.

trolling the op is worth just about as much as those pursuit badges you have. He knows what he wants and knows he can get it online but printing it out would not only waste alot of paper but it wouldn't last as long. Also it doesnt have the same asthetic value as a regular manual from the factory. I would go with just phoning dye and seeing if they have any more left that they can send you.

Trolling someone is is ALLEGEDLY trolling the op is retarded in itself
I was simple illustrating the fact that using your printer and other artsy stuff, you can essentailly re-create the manual itself.
As mentioned by YeloSno, high quality paper can help give it the "aesthetic value" you ASSUME the op is searching for. Also, you could go ahead and laminate it or plenty of other things to make it look nicer.
Finally, to say one can't replicate the original manual at home is just ignorant.
