Date: Saturday December 9, 2006
Location: High Performance Paintball, Harrisonville, MO
Cost: $20 pre-registered (non-refundable), $25 day of event
Format: This is a 3-man tourney where you don't sign up your team, every one registers individually and then is assigned to a team with two other players. Teams will be drawn at 12:00 noon at High Performance Paintball the day of the event. Everyone will start every game with no paint. Then at the start of the game, players will run to bunkers that contain "presents." "Presents" can contain anything from paint to gift certificates to other things. The object is just like any other tournament, grab the center flag and hang it on the opposing teams deadbox. If the temperature in below 40 degrees, the tourney will not be cancelled. Instead it will be moved to the woods field with a winterball being shot.
The tournament is open to everybody.
Prizes: 1st Something of NO significant value.

What league do you play in that the season isn't over...NPPL is over, PSP is over, XPSL ends the weekend before?? And it is in December, 2 weeks before christmas, I don't think many people want to shell out the cash for entry, air and paint that close to christmas...

I think what Anti is Referring to, Practice isn't a "league". Its What you do on sunday.

Hope the Tourny turns out well. I hope to play at HPP some time.

I know what practice is...and if you notice the tourney is on saturday so he can get in all the practice he wants on sunday

We have held tournaments similar to this for about 3 years and everyone who plays really enjoys them (even last place). Hope you have a good turn out.

right now, I have heard from like 5 (not including your group) and we've only been telling people since sunday.

The types of tourneys have been held since I started and that's been a LONG time, Kick'n kid thinks that paintball doesn't exist outside his tiny little realm.
