2-3 Bps will always make a difference, just an example looking at X-ball see how much of a difference it was when they went from 15.4 to 13.3? The pace of the game changed completely. Every ball counts...everyone in paintball should know that. Just like when someone gets bounced once or twice going out to a corner, in that same second two or three more balls could of made the difference in that person being eliminated or that person winning that "game/match/point/tournament" for his/her team.

I know a few people who can (please note i said a few, not everyone. i know and not everyone around me...just a few).
Even with everything I said I think the 15BPS Cap is cool to a sense and a good idea. Saves money for players, saves money for the paint vendors...saves money in general...or I think that's the idea they are going for anyways?
Oh and just skimming through here some more, I also like the idea of a center flag. It gives a focal point for people/spectators to concentrate on...it makes people push forward to reach for that flag. Possibly a point system as well for grabbing the flag first? To give it that "umph" we need. At this point I'm just ranting haha.
