So I went to my local paintball store & they had the 09 Empire LTD jerseys. The large fit me perfectly. But I really wanted an 09 PE Distortion jersey. They said they could order it for me, but comparing the Empire & Planet Eclipse sizing charts, they're sizing differs quite a bit.

So what size Planet Eclipse jersey should I get if the Empire Large jersey fit me perfectly? Can anybody, who's had both jerseys, tell me what size PE jersey is comparable to an Empire Large jersey. Thanks!

do some math! seriously you can solve this algrbraically. What size shirt u wear, now compare that to emp size. (example, larger shirt size=large jersey) now campare emp size to pe size. obtain right size, order jersey, profit.

Not as simple as you think bud. I wear size small/medium shirts. I'm bulkier up top, but I'm only 5' 3", so I don't want it to be to long. The Large 09 Empire LTD fit perfectly. But Empire & PE measures differently. Empire measures length from the back of jersey, top to bottom (*note - back of jersey is longer than front), and sleeves are measured up to the beginning of the cuff. PE measures from the front of the jersey, and I don't think PE's jerseys are longer in the rear, so the measurement's aren't the same. And PE measures the sleeves to the end of the sleeve.

So your simple math isn't as simple as it looks And I don't have the luxury of being able to try one on, so I want to have a comparison before I purchase a jersey online that doesn't fit correctly

lol idk if you are going to get mad for me posting but i was looking for jersey sizing and saw this post i just had to say something i hate it when people think they know everything and wanna be a smart*** i just thought it was funny gl with the jersey

XL or Large will be fine judging that you said you were 5'3 and bulky

planet eclipse jerseys are slightly smaller compared to the empires if both were size large basically a large in the empire would be and xl and a planet eclipse large would be a medium i have an 09 planet eclipse jersey im 5'9 145 and i use the xl and for the empires i wear a large and there still a bit baggy on the arms for me i hope i didnt cause any confusion
