well,

ventilation is real bad, but its not like the goggles will fog up

& your voice doesnt travel, it reverbs inside the mask, leading to headaches

at least thats what I've been experiencing

other people have reported bounces off the lense......but i dont see how that is just e-vents...if the paintball was slow enough or not weak enough to break on the e-vent lense, it wouldve bounced off of any other lense too

It's the super secret curve that Manike came up with so that they get more bounces.

I dont think you're suppose to take the thermal off.

and J&JCeramic3469
you can get both replaced by nps, but i believe you may need to send in the mask for foam problems. But its easier just to super/concrete/gorilla glue the foam back on. Ears, you can get for free from nps.

Send 'em back to Vents (National Paintball) and have them fix them for free!!!! I just got mine back...Don't send your lenses, though. Mine came back very scratched up. I called, and they wanted me to send the scratch lenses back and said they'd replace them, but after $7 to send the goggles back and another $4 to send the lenses back, I figure I'll live with the scratches. I thought that was a bum deal though. They should have atleast sent me a prepaid shipping label, since they screwed up....

You should not remove the extra pane on your smoke lenses, then they won't work for you anymore as thermals. Pick yourself up some thermal clear lenses.

oh, so whats the use of the single clear lens they include? it'll just fog up like crazy right?

and is it me or the inside thermal pane scratches up real easily? I used the micro-fiber cloth bag and tried cleaning it, and its all scratched up now

i used my clear lens in 110* weather here in socal, and my lens didnt fog at all. Most fogging issues occur when in a indoor field.

and the inside thermal pane shouldnt scratch easily, but you took yours off, so its not thermal anymore. get a new lens

i never took the thermal off. I wiped it when the whole mask was assembled. and its all scratched up and smeared. (i used the micro-fiber it came with)

manike says you should not wipe the inside pane, because it can cause scratching
