Deus Ex collection on sale for $15 on Steam, worth it? I've kinda wanted to get DE:HR for a while, but didn't want to cough up full price for it, plus the DLC.

kinda both. i only play cod on my xbox and i've been playing a few other games on my desktop. still need to sit down and get through bioshock though. |

I still play on consoles... mainly excludives. If it's a multi-platform game, and available on the PC, then I get it for my PC... especially if the game is on sale through steam.
Sometimes I really hate when steam has sales...  |

I'm the same way about Bioshock 2 right now, got about 2/3 of the way through last fall and kinda stopped. Great game, I just stopped playing it.

Yeah, I've paid full price on 2 games in the last year or so. One went on sale a week later (wasn't too expensive, and it was worth the $15 I paid for it anyway), and the other was Minecraft. |

I bought Bioshock 1 and 2 when Steam had the combo on sale for a rediculous price. Bioshock 1 had a onboard sound bug, but that was fixed when I installed my sound card. It sounds freaky scary now... and the only time I can play games is late at night... |

I only ended up getting 2 since I'd already played 1 (back in the day, prior to my brother selling his Xbox). Spent around $100 throughout the course of that sale, though, and I made my account basically so I could buy Bioshock 2.

If you havent played DE:HR yet, I definitely recommend it. It was one of my favorite games from last year.

i only spent $8 on it and i felt like i wasted my money. after hearing all the hype i was pretty disappointed.

What didn't you like. Boss fights and ending we're pretty lame, but they were so disconnected from the rest of the game, it almost doesn't seem fair to count it against the game.

it just felt really clunky and awkward. i didnt like the voice acting, and i thought it looked like ****. i never even made it to a boss fight, the game couldn't keep my attention for that long.
