According to the PSP event site the 5 man is broken into several semi/finals caterories. http://www.pspevents.com/index.php?m...ap&page=Scores

1. Prelims (tons of teams)
2. Round 2 (Top 64 from prelims)
3. Round 3 (Top 32 from Round 2)
4. Ocho Finals. (Top 16 from Round 3)
5. Quarter Finals. (Top 8 from Ocho Finals)
6. Semi Finals. (Top 4 from Quarter Finals (broken into 2 groups depending on score.)
7. Finals. (1 plays 2 for 1st/2nd place and 3 plays 4 for 3rd/4th place)

In the history of sports I have never seen quarter,semis,finals called Rounds,Ocho, ect. Another thing PSP creates each year I guess. Either way thats alot of games if you make it to the finals.

Seriously, why all the different names for prelims, quarters, semis, finals, etc.

Just call them prelims, semis, quarters, finals instead of round 2, round 3, ocho finals, quarter finals, semi finals, nueve finals, diez finals

it's jon. Kinda disappeared for awhile. Been super busy with work, and getting my car running again. hate to put priorities before paintball, but thats life.

Hopefully I can make it out to kohn one of these weekends soon after i get all my gear together and ready.

Anyone hitting up Kohns this weekend? Not sure how many people actually go since it's off season for paintball and a lot of people are either saving up money for x-mas or just replenishing it from a years worth of paintball, lol. I may be going if anyone else is hitting it up.

And no our team is still together, just everyone is waiting for the next season to start for money reasons, most of us were just out of money by the end of year but we're going to be starting back up in the 08 season, hopefully everyone has a good x-mas
