thats not much of a jump try spending a little bit more. i have an azodin but only as a backup or for fun. ive changed a lot on it to make it compete with higher end markers how much do you have to spend?

you can get allot of good used guns for $200, I would go that route.

ever consider getting a GOG Envy? $200 brand new, much better than a spyder or azodin.

The eNVy is a spool valve.

The Azodin guns are poppet valves. Different ball game.

That being said, you can get a used Blitz for under $140. You can geta "broken" blitz for like $80. Why would they be broken? Idiot needs to replace the cupseal. Blitzs have cupseal issues. The valve and striker spring are so stiff that it causes the delrin cupseal to crack when shot really fast on CO2.

How to fix that? well, 2 ways: 1 would be a maddmann spyder spring kit, and use the medium springs. 2 would be to use a regulated medium output HPA tank instead of CO2. It can work on Low pressure output tanks as well, but depending on where you are, sometimes the marker can't shoot up to speed. It's worth trying out since an LP output tank will prolong the life of the Blitz's internals.

Best thing about the blitz over the spyders:

Cocker threaded breech. Pure win.
Normal ASA mounts, so you can mount a GOOD ASA later on. More win.
Ion XE/Luxe/NXT/New Smart Parts/GoG Threaded feedneck. Way many options. Much more win.
All Spyder lowers/internals (except the striker is a wee bit different in shape). Mega win.

This lets you the ability to easily find any part necessary for it. In addition, it's much lighter and better balanced than a TL-R. It's smaller as well.

yet, the envy is so much better than any azodin marker. i didnt really think id have to bring up blow back vs blow forward, but apparently you dont understand low end vs high end design.

What the guy is saying is the blitz is a poppet and the envy is a spool. Saying spool is high end is just stupid. I would say spool is a newer better design then a poppet. But that just me. But it depends what u want. Efficiency or do u want to be a little more quite but less efficient....

there are both pros and cons between poppet and spool.
