well guys thanks to my curiosity and major skills i might have just got a deal thingy with city of henderson.
i sent them the idea of maybe making a paintball complex and they liked it.
sooo were still working out the details but hopefully look forward to a new place to play!

Well said Mike!! Lets all support what we already have. The paintball community in Las Vegas cannot support too many fields.

In addition, if it is your dream to open a field then go for it, but i assure you from experience it is not as easy as you might think and the profit margin (if any) is very small. I am sure Boneyard would agree with me.

its not about playing indoors or outdoors its about the spread of paintball and helping the sport grow.
i dont plan to get any profit i just want a closer place to play and to show my friends and family paintball and others.
i live in henderson. end of boulder highway and i have to travel 25 miles to get to lvpp cuz boneyard is 3 2 1 go.... game over in 20 seconds.

I agree with wanting a field closer to you, but in this day it is hard for a field to stay open and further the sport (especially when all of the teams want free entry). When there were no fields in Vegas we all drove to Pahrump to play 65 miles + each way. If there are too many fields then each field will cannibalize the other fields business, and there are not enough players to support 4 fields. So when each field is starving for players and close, then we go back to the woods and lake beds. Not trying to flame, good luck with your endeavour! I just know it is hard enough to keep a field open. More fields take away from the bottom line of each location.

if anything you should open up a sport complex that supports not only paintball, but skateboarders, the bmx community, you can have a rock wall for rock climbers. and if you can have it under one roof that would be awesome

would this new field be a speedball field? i am a woodsballa/rec player and am looking for a rec field that is big like pahrumps ones..... if u have trenches, u automatically win my vote...

if its cheaper and closer than pahrump and is a rec field than I would come to that field every weekend..

i think vegas needs more recball instead of speedball... lvpp's rec fields are too small and pahrumps are perfect but too far away....

so thats an idea...

i know most of y'all do speedballin but I am a woodsballer... and this is my idea for all woods ballers out there... or desert ballers....

slava, if you don't play anymore, why do you care about details? if you need an outlet for your clothing line, get aligned with the retailers: bonehead, scp, & westside, maybe even open an ebay store.
