jb weld. monkey glue or anthing taht will hold an allen to get it off. but if you have a star tip that's small enough to fit, that usually works best. all you need to find the right size.

Apparently freak inserts have slightly different lengths, like 1mm, between generations, I think? I only have 2 inserts, namely for the small bores, but my 0.679 is shorter such that it slides back and forth very slightly in the barrel back.
