There are several hotel and motels minutes from the field in alliance, Ohio 44601. There are tons for hotels in canton, Ohio 30-40 min from the field. We offer free camping at our field the night before our events.

If I'm not stepping on any toes I can offer some sort paint discount after x amout of cases or do like we do at tpa cup events and offer paint discounts for finals. I'll kick around some numbers after work. The more teams that register and PLAY, the more I can discount if it's ok with the NCPA.

So long as this offer is made to all participating teams, we're fine with it.

I haven't forgot about you guys. I need 2 things. 1st and most important I need teams to register on the appa site to see how many teams are coming so I can get an idea what I will have in staff and how much paint I will sell. 2nd I need a little free time to sit down and figure it out.

With out even looking at any numbers though I will offer a $15 paint discount for semi/finals. Can I offer more well? Possibly but I need to make sure my costs are covered 1st, staff to set field up that morning and prior to the event, costs for refs, score keeper, person to take money, pay person several hrs waiting on paint shippment and pay them to unload the truck, fill station person, cover shipping cost for paint, gas and oil for compressor, paint to paint out of bounds, trophy costs costs to cover port o pottys, pay for extra trash pick up, pay people to clean and break down field, pay for then pens people steal, pay for register tape, credit card tape, cover cc fees, pay camera men, cover cost of waivers, ink and paper for schedules, etc.... The list goes on and on. It takes alot more prep and costs put into an event. I know this may come to a huge suprise to most tourney players but we don't make a ton of money putting on events. There is a lot more than u buy a case for x and sell it for y. The little thing people dont think about add up.

Yeah man there's a lot to think about with a business. If it helps IUPUI is buying 10 cases of evil. We've signed up and paid as well. IDK if that helps you making finical decisions any easier or not but thats our plans.

As far as I know, UC is NOT fielding a team for this event. I'm not sure why we are registered on APPA.

I sorry but with this few teams Im unable to drop paint costs any lower and still cover operating costs. I will still offer the $15 paint discount for semi's and finals.

If you havent already pleas please please register your teams.
