TW-25B Grease/Lube in Epiphany?

First off, does anyone here know what TW-25B Grease or Spray Lube is? I'm in the army and we use it on our guns in Iraq because it's very thin, provides outstanding lube, and it displaces water...I was wondering if any of you guys had heard of it or used it before in your Epiphanies cuz I was thinking about trying it instead of Dow33

If it is water based then it may be ok. If it's oil based than no. Generally people will scream at you for using anything but Dow33, but there are some decent substitutes. The main concern is whether or not it will swell or damage rubber.

no it will not swell or damage rubber, the guns I work on have 15 different o-rings on them and the lube does not damage them at all

Is it runny or thick? I think as long as it's water based you should be good, but I am not 100% sure.

it's not really runny or too thick as long as you mix it good before u put it on your gun..i will probably just get dow33 just to be on the safe side

TW-25B is a synthetic PTFE-based light grease that has a dry finish (spit polish finish recommended for the sandbox). It was developed 20 or so years ago, and is the leading commercial weapons lube in the U.S. Military, commonly found on medium caliber weapons.

To comment on an earlier post, it is water-displacing, not water-based. We have a cleaner/degreaser, MC-25, which is such a chemistry.
