Yes, it should be. I believe BLAST stopped anodizing them so people would not see the wear that some markers experience.

good point there, first time Insight owner but not new to BL markers, whats your guys exp on the Soft Shot upgrade?

Coming off no but other issues yes. Wearing yes tearing yes do not dry fire unless you have the eclipse muffler. I picked one up

i just remembered, is the pressure tester needed at all? doesnt it read the HPR basically? so somewhat same as just chronoing right?

Ha not really necessary with the insight/victus platform, I think it's more for those that like to tinker with their drive train

Kind of. They're still anodized, but not dyed.

as someone with one, no, its not terribly necessary, its nice to be able to set a benchmark though, so no matter what you do you can always go back to "square one"..
it will help you diagnose if you have a leak anywhere thats not the bolt though, or if a reg is creeping

My reg on my g6r was creeping. I took the schrader valve out and lubed the oring on the valve end and poof it stopped
