i personally never have, but from what everyone says they have great customer service. i would send them an email or give them a call and see whats going on with whatever you sent them.

I broke the power led off a non-Redefined board, and sent it in. They sent back a Redefined board. It was cool that they sent me a new board, but i preferred the old board because it was membrane-pad ready (no adaptor needed) and the software actually worked properly.

Well Im hoping the can at least fix it soon. I was going back and forth through email with them. Im sending them my Board and eyes. Itd be pretty awesome to get newer stuff. Fingers crossed for that

I've sent sent my gear in to them twice and a thrid time asked them to ship me a plug in bat. and OLED harnesses,they sent 2 sets free of charge,didnt even charge me shipping!Always great cust. service for me

Status update: So far Ive sent my board in. Been about a week and a half. No email or gear back yet. Obviously I understand, they might be busy. Just saying havent heard from them. But I do remember about a yr ago, I called them 3 times and left messages, and never heard back from them.

i sent my oled board in because it was messed up and they gave me a whole new oled board with a extra oled screen. Great service also i just sent in a old virtue board because the wire broke off and i will see how long it takes to get back

Well Im hoping to get a new one when I get it. I guess they sent it back to me but the P.O. sent it to the wrong box. So Virtue got it back. I really hope its a new one.

Just got it all back and sure enough its all new items, to include the QEV that I forgot to take off. Thanks Virtue

EDIT: The eyes are the same. So Ill just shave the body.
However, can someone tell me, what are the main differences on a OLED board compared to a regular redifined board. Cause thats what they sent me and Im lost. Its not set up for a pad, but theres pligins that confuse me
