I'm fairly certain once I can do 5x10 regularly, I should be able to do 3x16 as well.
Interesting concept. I'm a big proponent in lots of chins/pullups to balance the shoulders. Also, most people could use more back work, and it's a good way of getting in a lot of volume.

It is important to keep your back/rear deltoids strong because if there is an imbalance where your chest/front delts are stronger your shoulders will start to roll forward and that is when you start get lots of shoulder related problems.

pretty sure i could still get solid reps with 295 whether belted or not, but 315 i feel would be a challenge
also, highest i ever tried was 315x1 and that was a while ago. Unless you count the 335 i did in hs with; terrible form, a trap bar, and it was from like a 5 inch deficit.

Any rehab edumacated people: What type of rep scheme would you suggest for lower back endurance? My gym has a hyper setuos and an LF back extension machine.

What exactly did you do to your back originally? I usually do 4-5 sets of 12-15 with somewhere between 25 and 45. For me, blood flow is usually the most important thing in terms of how I feel. I'll warm up with hypers before doing any back exercises, and throw them in after my workouts on other days.

No "back problem", just try to get my lower back to hold up longer before muscle fatigue sets in.
Never lifted with endurance as the goal, so not sure what to do.
