Honestly I'll be surprised if SF is as good this year. Yeah you guys got a pretty good WR from us, and Jacobs who will always be my boy, but neither of those guys is gonna change your team that much unless Alex Smith can consistently air it out. And I don't think he can.

By JV team, I'm guessing you mean the Jets. Which, obviously, yes, that is what I mean.

Jets fans showed up in 09, and never really re-emerged after PeyPey embarrassed them in the AFCCG.

Moss will bust his *** since he thinks hes playing for a ring... just like in NE. When hes on teams where there is no shot he doesnt put in the work.

reports are that moss is playing for his starting spot in fact. weve got alot of receivers all the sudden.
im not too concerned with smith being the qb, if he plays as well or better then he did this past year, moss will put up big numbers.
remember, smith was throwing to diva crabtree, kyle williams and ted ginn before he broke himself.
vernon davis had some pretty solid numbers last year....

thats because anyone can put up decent numbers in NE. They knew he wasn't worth the headache and sent him packing, then MIN and TEN both found out that he was all but done and not worth the bad attitude and poor effort.

You guys forgetting that we made it to the nfccg with a practice squad WR (cant even remember his name) and a WR that got cut from the packers and we didnt pick up till mid season? (Brett Swain)
Also the alex Smith bashing needs to stop. He is a perfectly capable QB in this system and he can throw the long ball very accurately unlike some people may think. He was in the top 10 last season in accuracy over 20 yards and had over 100 QBR in the playoffs with less than capable receivers.
Not to mention we have the fastest team in the league.
Michael Crabtree, age 24, 40yard - 4.5 sec. (estimate)
Mario Manningham, age 25, 40yard - 4.59 sec. or better
Randy Moss, age 35, 40yard - 4.4 sec.
AJ Jenkins, age 22, 40yard - 4.38 sec. -- rumor of a 4.31
Kyle Williams, age 23, 40yard - 4.43 sec.
Ted Ginn Jr, age 27, 40yard - 4.38 sec or better
Chris Owusu, age 22, 40yard - 4.31 - 4.36 sec
Then you have Vernon Davis who runs a 4.5 or better.
Hell our left tackle Joe Staley runs a 4.6
