SP is currenly closed for restructuring. They will reopen sometime later this year with their new 2011 equiptment. You will need to go through some hoops (like I did) to get your gun warranty repaired. I had my third impulse 09 fixed and returned to me last week (april 2010) and it is sweet!!!!

They havent even changed their voicemail since January...I doubt they come back.....I hope they do i didnt get my SP-1 till January and i love it

I look at it this way... if they were done, would the number not just be disconnected??? Still the same = still planning on coming back. IMO...

I have heard numerous things on both ends of the spectrum, all from fairly reliable sources. Which leads me to believe that no one, short of the Gardners themselves, really has any idea how the SP situation is going to play out in the end.

I would wager though, that this extended closure is NOT a good sign.

What kind of hoops did you jump through??? I need some parts and cannot find them anywhere.
