Used from one of the guys in this forum just means it's broken in. Bought mine used from one of the guys here and it's still going strong in the G3 that I am keeping

TechT had a clearance, iirc. But, I think it's worth paying the extra for the HE. Some of the old bolts had tolerance issues, allegedly. You might be getting a lemon if you buy used. Then again, techt stands behind their product.
