can we get a practice set up at pevs the day before the event???please

Pev's is generally open 7 days a week. We might be able to arrange something. The 2 turf fields are reserved for the event and can't be played on but we might be able to set up a field on the grass fields. Once I get a decent list I will talk to Pev and the field managers.

Interested Teams: I am going to add teams as they show interest. This is not a 100% commitment to be there, but it does mean your team has a decent chance of showing up. Also, please let me know what time you would be interested in starting and I will put that next to your team name.:

i was thinking later in the afternoon 3 or 4ish? give us time to register/walk fields and stuff we are driving from louisville thursday morning and its like an 8 hour drive but if that time doesnt work were flexible

I have been talking with the field and I emailed Pev. As of now, the plan was to have a field open on Thursday for Pro teams only. I am trying to get it so that it will be open to all divisions.

Lets see, excluding Pros thats 9 teams 6-8 cases per team at $50 a case that $2700. Pev is a business man and I'm sure he's not going to pass on 3K.

Open a field for practice, FPO, Each team gets 1-hour block and can play with who ever they want or pick up teams in waiting, just like walk on teams.

Here's another opportunity for the NPPL to set it's self apart from other leagues and it's a money maker for the field.

Ok boy's it's simple: sometimes 1+1 does = 2.

I would like to play too but I don't call the shots. I have to see what Pev says. If 5-10 pro teams show up, it might be hard to argue. We only have bunkers for 1 NPPL field. I have emailed Pev, but I am waiting on a response. He has been real busy getting the event ready. Lots of local area sponsors and what not (restaurants, bars, players party, VIP booth, sponsors, its a lot to organize). As soon as I find out details, I will post them up immediately. But for the pro teams out there, expect for the field to be open.
