hero3. the actual camera fits fine its just the roll bar mount its self is too wide. i could deal with it in a non tournament environment where i dont need every ounce of flexibility

you see the posts that sit to the sides of the barrel? those are in the way.

Holly smokes that's massive. Those posts drop down too low.

I bet you could come up with a mod that would be MUCH better. I did for my cam. I used a bicycle headlight/tail light attachment piece.

that is almost exactly what i was thinking of doing,


the CF back is durable, has some coating similar to what would be on a carbon fiber tank.

tomorrow i have an interview with Phil Tobin (yeah crazy right?)

if that pans out, ill be living in Charlotte NC working at EFI analytics helping manage their Server stuff, CS for Tuner Studio users and things like that. Would be a good experience and get my foot in the door for that area of the Automotive word. I have a feeling that even if he wants me, he wont be able to offer me a big enough salary to leave my entire life behind.

On the clamp you have, I assume you can't just use shorter screws and put them in upsidedown so that they tighten on the top and not the bottom.
