Smart Parts Max-Flo Micro

Is this any good? I'm debating weather or not to buy this or another Crossfire. Just wanting some input from people who have used this.

Thanks

its pretty heavy though

the local team here just got a SP sponsorship, shockers + micro maxflos and i was playing around with my friends...i held it and my ion at the same time. My ion with a full egg and full 68/45 was lighter than a shocker with a micro maxflo 68/45 with an empty halo

Own3d..lol

anyway im getting my micro max flo tommarow,at my local proshop for only $80 bux!!

i think you should get one will make your set up light, just think, with a regular tank you have the regulator, then the ASA witch usally weighs a bit then at those together and thats alot weight right there but with the micro its only reg and a rail and thats all

plus its a max-flo so you know its good

what he said was that the total weight of the shocker was heavier then his ion,but that dosn,t mean it was the tank adding most the weight.but who knows,i guess i,ll find out tommarow and let you guys know cuz i sold my crossfire lp 45k reg for $50 just so i could get the micro hopfully it was worth it!

I think another great but overlooked fact is that its completely airline compliant. You can seperate the tank from the reg easily. That way the TSA people at the airport can see in your tank. No more shipping your tanks to where your goin.

I have the Max Flo Micro, 68/4500(waiting on the Tank) I'm running a WGP Superstock '05 w/ Select Fire. It has the stock reg, my question is this, will the Max Flo micro act as a good primary reg, should I just remove the stock reg and run a Gas Pass-Thru system, or should I replace the stock Reg with a different(not a fan of CP's tho) reg, suggestions please

Anyone got any ideas?

the micromaxflo is set to 800psi output. it is NOT an adjustable system. so i would not recomend using a gas through grip

Absolutely true. I am sorry about my confusion with the regular maxflow.

I have a micromaxflo on my dark and love it...when the nipple works. when I first got the maxflo, i aird it up and had no prob. Shot it out, went to refill it and the nipple wouldnt allow air in, so i adjusted the nipple a little, it took air. Played with it, went to fill it up, again nipple wouldnt take air, fiddled with it again and got it to work. At practice yesterday, it worked wonderfully all morning, then towards the end the nipple just wouldnt hold air at all anymore, it leaked it straight out the inlet. However, my friends micromax has worked great, no probs. So I would suggest one as long as you get a working one
