I like Gary Johnson, and I agree with most of what he wants to do, although there are a few things in there that don't seem right. Ron Paul would just never work.
By the way, SVP show had Dana Holgerson on today, it's probably on ESPN.com if you want to hear it.

Also, OU's grading scale works on the 10% letter grades.
100-90 is an A+/A-
89-80 is a B+/B-
79-70 is a C+/C-
69-60 is a D+/D-
59 or below is F
I love our grading system. I'm sitting at around a 3.4 right now due to not really trying in a few bull**** core classes freshman-junior year. Meh.

I like that scale the best. I think all high schools and colleges should use the 10 point scale.
I also think extra credit should be taken out in high school. There is no extra credit in college or in life after that. If you **** up on the given material you should just have to work hard and do better on everything else.

When Romney was governor here, there was an incident where a woman was killed in the big dig tunnel. A concrete ceiling panel fell on her car. They had a press conference about this. First person to speak was the director of the turnpike authority. It was lolbad. Like 50 times worse than what you can imagine. Stumbling over words and had no idea what he was talking about. Then Romney spoke and had learned all about the different fasteners, the concrete, where the problem was, what to do to fix it, etc. The guy is very good at taking charge and fixing things, which is what we need. Obama is horrible at that.

Yeah, I like what Romney can bring to the table in the aspects you mentioned.
I don't believe the economy problems we are having are Obama's fault, but I also don't believe he has done the right things to fix them. GW Bush and Obama have has really similar yet different failures when you look at things. Bush helped cause the recession, Obama has not been able to fix it and has ignored some obvious things that would help boost the economy, namely tapping into our own natural resources. Bush tried to reform education, which was a good idea in principle, but how he went about it failed and No Child left behind was a joke. Obama tried to reform healthcare but didn't go about it the right way and there's a public backlash with Obamacare. Bush destroyed our foreign relations and the perception of us in Europe and the world by invading Iraq and staying there much longer than we should have. Obama has made us look like a joke in foreign relations especially in the contact he's had with Iran and North Korea.
It's kind of hard for me to look at because the only presidents I have known and remember are Clinton, GW Bush, and Obama. When we look at presidents earlier than that we have the benefit of being removed from them and so we are better able to know the impact that their policies and actions had. Honestly though, I'd say that Bush and Obama have been two of the worst presidents in our nation's history.
