In which regard? Sport specific agility or just in general?

I'm one of the more agile people I know and it comes from virtue of being a hyper dude. I'm just always inherently balancing on **** without really thinking about it, doing little mini agility-hurdle **** over parking lines in lots, etc. I'd just say, get busy. Act like a hyper child when you're out for a walk, day in day out. You'll eat **** from time to time but honestly I can't think of a better way to "passively" make big strides in balance and reaction.

one withdrawal symptom of long-term alcohol abuse is "dry drunk" in which your balance is **** and coordination is lacking. your idea sounds like a complete disaster for me to attempt. made me lol at the thought, but after thinking about it a little more im gonna give it a shot. thanks.
