You really made a different account to whine about a skilled player on another team?

they are playing d2 7man and d1 "xball" only because there is no d2 xball for hb... the nppl bumped them up becuase there were only 2 teams registered for d2.
just for the record...

True. I know the guys on the CP Raiders and I know they are all ranked D2 except for Rodney and I don't know what he is ranked now.
However, NPPL does say that a player can be considered for re-ranking before an event. I would bet man of these higher ranked players played in the higher ranks years ago and haven't played for a few years and applied to be re-ranked to D2. If they couldn't, then they would be stuck playing pro even if their skills are not at the pro level.
Point is, there is sandbagging in every event. There were a few D3 teams playing that I know play D2 events in other tournament series and place in them. Is it fair? Probably not, but personally I don't care and neither did the legit D3 team that beat them today. All I know is that I go out on the field each game with paint in my pods and I shoot every person I can to get that flag.

How did they keep you from making it to sunday? You mean that you lost and they won?

Says the D4 player.
Regardless of whether you feel it is okay for a former pro to be playing in d2 or not, rules are rules and they need to be enforced. It clearly says you can't play pro in the past 10 years in NPPL, any other national pro event, or any international event. Imho 1 player isn't going to win a tournament for them, but it's still a rule.
Even if he was re-classed down to d1 he still wouldn't be allowed to play d2 according to the rule book.
It's called sandbagging, and it happens more than you think. Sometimes people get caught, sometimes they don't.

Shaun Walker gets 100,000 dollars from the government to have his team and only one guy is a real marine?

Because the league supports the team as well. The refs helped out Camp Pendleton Raiders tremendously.

So what is it that u want Nppl, dleague and rpl to do?? Go through all the rosters and pick out names of ex pros and higher divisional players?? C'mon now, that can take forever. But I figure this.. If you can't compete with these guys and learn that it takes one ball to eliminate a player and skill rather than experience alone.. Then please leave. We have enough already having to deal with biased reffs and sandbaggers right?? Get out.

Shaun gets money to support the marine team. Which is made up of active duty marines and sailors. He spends his own money on camp Pendleton raiders.

If you put minimal effort into keeping track of players, it doesn't take any time at all.
If playing teams with an experience level similar to yours is important to you, you should play leagues that keep track of player participation, like PSP, or WCPPL, or ASGTS.
If you pay entry fees to other leagues when you know they don't care about player classification, you can't exactly be surprised when you find yourself playing a "D2 team" of Pro players.
You have the power. Vote with your wallet.

It takes about 2 lines of code to weed out pro players with an online registration system.
