I play with an ultrasoft virtue crown and i have to say its the best $25 i have spent in paintball in the past 4 years. But i do pod up alot so yeah lol i take 6 pods with me if i play the X so its all good

x2, I would have to shake the gun/hopper as I was filling my old speedfeed otherwise about 100 balls would go in and the rest would just sit in the pod. I also had one of those really old, ****ty speedfeeds though.

I have crowns on my rotor and velocity SR. and lids on my velocity JR. and XSV velocity. But I usually roll with the rotor and crown.

I use a speedfeed on all my hoppers, it makes everything so much quicker and easier.

In the event that I borrow someone's hopper w/o a speedfeed, I forget that it's a lid and I try to load with the lid closed

I've done that, I've also done the opposite and took off the crown cause I had been using a lid.

i use a crown on my halo even when it is sprinkling, but when it starts to really rain i put my lid on. so i guess you could say both
