who in the hell is jerry O'Connel?
me and my girlfriend are trying to figure out where the hell we know this jerry oconnel guy ( crossing Jordan ) from.
I was thinking the kid from quantum leap but she says it was some other show where his dad was a scientist and he had superpowers and could run really fast.

I'm just guessing his first movie was Stand By Me. He was the fat kid, Vern. Easily one of my favorite movies ever.

Also, i've always wondered what movie this is from. I always thought it was Jerry O'Connel and Demi Moore, but i'm not sure. I just found a picture of an explosion that my friends picture would fit on in photoshop....

That pic is from sliders and the girl is Kari Wurher (sp?) I think. Hotter than Demi by a long shot.

Yes, and he was also in Sliders, and a few other movies with his brother. They had a slightly funny scene togerther in "The New Guy".

I think its one of those "2 for the price of 1" deals.

I loved Sliders. However, I never saw the very last show - the one where they slid into the dimension that had been watching their every slide and they had a way to get home, but if Quin slid then someone (I think Quin) slid then he would die? It was like a season closer, then no more show. Did they ever play the next one?

Personally, I think Jerry OConnell is a somewhat decent actor - not great, but he's letting his brother drag him down because that guy just plain ol sucks at acting!
