so I just got a Prophecy Z2 used. It worked fine for the first week I had it, however one day I turned it on and an orange light appeared and it wouldn't feed, even with no paint. I replaced the batteries of course and it did the same thing. I cant get it to feed, even when its turned off the hopper still pulses ever so slightly in reverse. I cant figure it out. I've had V1 and V2 Prophecys and never had this problem, please help! Thanks

Have you run a dignostic test on it? Search for a diagnostics program for z2 and run it. If.it fails email or call kee

I did a diagnostic on it and now it wont turn back on. My guess is I just bought super crappy batteries. They were cheap. I'll grab some duracells and see what happens.

I put duracell quantums in my z2 in april and havent changed them

Good batteries makes a world of difference.

This problem still hasn't been solved. Got new batteries in it. At one point I had the green light flashing but the hopper still wasn't feeding, I replaced it with another set of new batteries and now it is flashing red and only slightly pulsing with the tap of the side of the shell. I have no clue, I never messed with any of the settings.

i played with the ''easter eggs'' from Simons thread, I changed all of the hopper's settings to stock with the 4, 5, 2, 2 or whatever. Hopper is still just flashing red and barely pulsing with the tap of its side.

I did indeed. Apparently theyre sending me a new motor. Lets see how this goes

Judging from the way the loader is acting it could be the motor.

Basically the red/green light with the yellow flash is saying the the loader is reading a Jam which is why it is pulsing backward. However since the motor is bad it can not do that very well.

Green - Good Batteries
RED - DEAD batteries

Flashing Yellow - Jam

Also if it turns out not to be the motor and its the board that is causing the issues. Please let us know so we can get that shipped to you.

GI sportz should take notes. KEE was amazing when I had concerns with my 5 year old v1 prophecy. They sent me new shells and feed neck, arrived within a week.

GI Sportz- they hold your **** for 3 months and don't return E-mails.

KEE's customer service is why I bought an Axe and a 2014 XLT gear bag. They make keeping people happy seem easy.

Replaced the motor, cleaned everything, tripled check that I put everything back together correctly and its still giving me the same problem. this is the prophecy from hell. Guess I'm just going to send it in

problem has finally been resolved. thanks for everyone who helped! It was the board from the get go.
