Hey, I'm new to the area and looking to be an active paintball player this summer. Anyone know how good this field is/what kind of turnout they get on weekends?

Thanks man. I'm in the Twin Cities area so I'm open to traveling a bit to get to the action but MN Pro is only like 25 mins from my place. If you know of another hot spot, let me know!

I've played at MN Pro several times over the winter. There are a variety of fields and all are a lot of fun. Speedball obviously isn't set up in the winter. They are going to be open every weekend now from 11 -4 for walk on play. Only once during really crappy weather did I go and there was no one else there. Usually there have been 8-10 others.

During the winter, they cut their admission price in half to $10. I don't know if that still applies, or how long it runs. I'm hoping it will run through April yet.

I've only played a couple of fields, but MN Pro is definitely fun and I would recommend it!

Question about the pro shops - If you buy your paint at the MN Pro retail store, is it cheaper than buying it at the field? What does paint currently price out at in the store?

Paint is the same price at the store as the field, unless you have a season membership in which case you save $20 per case. Definitely worth the trip in or the membership if you don't already have one!
