Price
Custom work is not cheap, these are all hand finished individually and the magnet and back stop screws are all modified by me as no-one makes screws with magnets pressed into them, all the others just glue the magnet onto the end of the screw and soft tip screw are nearly $1 each if I buy them so I make them myself.
Take a CP trigger that is mass produced and costs $55
ACiD triggers are custom made to order and only $10 more with alot more designs
John, kindly check your paypal, looking forward to having one soon.

Have you tried applying a thin coat of resin after you're done machining?

Thanks for the additional information. The finish issue I do want to make clear, is a very very minor issue. The pictures taken in my review are near macrophotography, and really show the blemishes much more in detail than you can see in real life, and that is only if you are staring at the trigger from a distance of 6-8 inches away or less (I have 20/20 vision if that matters). At arms distance, the blemishes simply can't be seen. I figured it had to do something with the manufacturing process / custom work

Overall, I wouldn't hesitate purchasing from Acid Custom's again as he provided precisely what I wanted with an excellent level of customer service. Love the trigger and thanks again.

On the stock triggers, the pre-travel adjustment also affected the magnetic return strength...
Does anyone know where to buy nylon set screws? If so, what size are the threads? Not sure if this will be a concern issue with the acid trigger

98% sure that the pre travel screw on the acid trigger does not affect the magnetic return strength.

The Pre-Travel Screw does not have the nylon tip so the magnet gets full screw tip surface contact. So using this screw will not take away the snappy-ness of the trigger. However if you have a really long trigger pull this will affect the effectiveness of the magnet.

The closer the screw is to the magnet on a full pull, the better the response time to reset the trigger. This is why most people prefer to have the magnet push the trigger back into the reset position vs pulling it back into position.

the back stop screw will have a nylon tip, the magnet is repelling so closer the magnet screw the fast and hard the push further away the softer push and slower, the front stop or top screw is stainless steel and no nylon tip

Do you have to glue in a magnet to make the trigger work? Or did u just do that for the different return lulu? And if you dont instal the magnet and it still works, its it just a 3 way ajustible trigger then?

The trigger will work without gluing in the magnet, but it will only be the force of the microswitch returning the trigger. And yes, it would then be a 3-way adjustable trigger.

This was a 4 year old thread you brought back from the dead.

If you can find them, the triggers are the same as the SFT Shockers.
