I'm about to get one or the other for recball against new kids and anytime I want more of a challenge.

My only pump experience was with a oracle sniper I built years ago. I used it once and hate the idea of pump. At that time I was heavy in the tourney scene and rarely played recball.

Now I'm thinking a 13ci tank and 100 round hopper would be interesting.

No matter which one I get I'll be throwing a single frame on it.

I would go with a kp i have one with a JJ barrel its amazing i replace the asa line with a 12gram co2 adapter, and a 50rd hopper i love it

I got my KP for the same reason pretty much. I shot a friends kp one day and loved it. I always wanted a phantom setup years ago but couldn't afford it, but after I shot a KP, I was hooked on it. Its the best shooting sub 200 dollar marker I've ever had or seen.

Rec players seem to really like it too.

Never used an Azodin other than the KP; personally, I liked it. I think the only question is if you really want to give pump play another shot. If you hate pump play, you hate the KP.

As an aside, I personally enjoy the look on the rental player's faces when they realize I'm using a pump gun. It ranges between confusion, awe, and thinking I'm insane.

edit: Only complaint I had with the KP was that the small paint my field uses rolled out of the barrel. New barrel fixed the problem.

My problem with pump play is I like to shoot A LOT. I guess that is why I was the back player on my 3 man team for years.
