ok ok, well i run cross country and distance track. so obviously im not super big dude. im a skinny little fool, but i have some feet. therfore,my hero and total physical beast is Steve Prefontaine AKA Pre, this dude ran 2 miles in under 8:40.

my hero= STEVE PREFONTAINE!! AKA "Pre"
