I have bought from ActionVillage in the past but recently bought a KM goggle strap and still haven't received it, note I live about 2 hours away from there. Its been 10 business days now since shipped and still no package, called 3 days ago and they told me to call back today. I wanted my money back and they told me it was under investigation and as I continued the SUPERVISOR (not a good one) hung up on me which just made me more mad which resulted in another call. Don't plan on dealing with them again!!!
