i just acquired a luxe from trading my ego and it had a few problems, i knew about them when i did the trade and was willing to take the hit in costs on fixing them.

i pm'd darryl and he said he would help me out, then i talked to him on the phone a few days later. all i can say was this was the best customer service i have ever had with a gun company. ive had to deal with BLAST, dye, and planet in the past which all have good reputations too. darryl quickly walked me through with what parts i needed and shipped them out to me that day! it literally got to my house in two days. on top of all of this he did this all for at no charge!!!

i just wanted to say thanks for the help, the luxe is shooting AMAZING right now.

Darryl is currently out of the country. Won't be back till the 29th. You could try emailing him. Every time I have sent an email he has responded within a day. Amazing customer service.

they cannot do EVERYTHING for free. sure if they have some parts layin around they will sometimes be able to help out, but if something involves them receiving a gun and performing repairs and shipping back out, you can not expect them to do all that free of charge. they are business men at the end of the day and time is money. customer service is one thing and going out of their way to ship parts for free is far and beyond what id expect to not be the original owner of the gun.

If a part is defective he will replace it, if someone over tightens or cross threads a screw that's user error and not his fault.

That's true sir and hopefully he will do that for me my board just crappes out in the eye department it won't shoot with the eyes on and I have brand new eyes in!

quick question, when sending my luxe to darryl is it best to send the whole luxe case or just the gun itself? how should i go about doing it?

Just the gun, cheaper and faster.
I personally know if darryl does something by mistake he backs himself up for it.
