Hey Kansas,

I remember Pong like it was yesterday. I liked River Raid and Asteroids. Oh the $.25 we used to spend on those.

i wont be "old" till i cant ride or play anymore, wich by my figuring will be when im 105

anyways, i used to love river raid as well, as well as missle command
and on intelivision i used to play utopia all the time, it was like an early sim city type game, only you had crops and war and all that good stuff.

that and i always thought it looked cool when i took the games out of the cartridges, i could pack a crapload of games around. they were so small out of the case.

i think i still have some ataris around, i got the one that used the larger games too, cant remeber was like the 5600 or somthing like that, played joust nonstop

im not that old, but ive been told ive done more and know more then most people twice my age. Is that good or bad?

Ha..... I know exactly what me262 means.

I play 5-man tourneys, however I have enough wisdom to know that I'm supposedly not the fastest guy on the team...... so I play back. HOWEVER...... as soon as a mid or front player gets knocked out some little voice in my head starts telling me it's time to move up! Next thing I know I'm breaking for the tape & sliding into bunkers........ geeeez, I made 3 flag hangs in our last tourney!!!
It wouldn't be so bad but it's starting to mess up my golf swing..... LOL

That's funny Q-tip. I had to get back into the gym and make drastic changes in my diet in order to keep up with my kids when they play. I got tired of not being able to walk the next day.

Yeah, it's kinda funny.........

when it's someone else. However my house is a multi-level split which means I have to go up or down stairs quite a bit......... it's a real BIOTCH the day after a tourney..... (*ouch)
You guys play more tourney ball or scenario/big game???

What I dont understand is when we play woods he slowly moves up and kinda plays like a mid to front sniper but speed ball he thinks hes Rocky or something but hes not the smallest person haha Its funny watching him pull a looney tunes move and hide behind a bunker smaller than he is

There's a guy in my club that owns a plot of land with an old house and woods on it. We typically play raiding the house or rabbit hunt a squad of guys. There are a few outbuildings and such that we also play in. Makes for a lot of running and squatting. Kansas, I hear you on the stairs. Plus at my job I have to climb up ladders and such to access airplanes. Yeow!

The funny part is I'm sitting hear right now tweeking & chronoing markers for the KCP&R 5-man tomarrow. Gotta remember the ADVIL.

I'm 28. Already feeling old. The three front guys on my team are all 17 and under. At least the other back guy is older than me!
