And a Kia Sephia is as good as a Honda Accord

my iRiver 500x or something pwns. it's a cd player that can read multi-session discs. so i can have a few cd's with hundreds of songs each, and then play normal everyday cd's when i need to.

Well you pop them into the CD drive, open Itunes edit the names and CD title and track names and than drag and drop it into your playlist/library. Next time you transfer songs itll be on your Ipod and computer. And whenver you pop the CD in the track names will appear.

well, i'm sure its the same way for all of them (or at least i'd hope so) but for an iPod, you can delete songs very easily and it takes little time.

Well on an Ipod you can only delete songs from your Ipod from your computer. There is no way to delete songs on the go. That way your friends arent erasing all your songs.

If you get an ipod PLEASE don't get the 40 gig one. Unless you plan on using it as a seperate hard drive. It is a waste of 100 bucks. Get a 15 or 20 gig and be happy.

iRiver gets great reviews on all of their stuff. And anyone who knows Apple knows ALL of their stuff is overpriced. I'm not knocking an iPod, but when you can get an identical product for $150 less it just doesn't add up. Check out the features on the iRiver, I've heard it's really nice.
