We will be playing 7 man semi auto format .

Just a FYI I will add the teams to the list . As everyone can see oxcc mr.Ruza and I set up a great practice at a great field with great teams !
Lets get it up and run this like a event !

8 7 man teams ? Sounds like the old days to me .

Rampage is happy to host and at this practice let us know if there's anything we can do to assist teams . Cya Sunday boys and ladies

Everyone , I just wanted to mention that National Disaster Squad will be holding
Try outs this weekend and it would be great to stay out of their way while they run drills and points as they are trying to get the best look of each individual player.

For those mainly practicing the 7 man field**

We will have a small talk in the beginning on practice so we are all on the same page:

Couple things:
1- all teams will help ref no matter the rank.
Your teams on deck both teams are expected to help reff.
2-we are here to practice . Why ? To get better for events.
Leave your attitudes at home and lets get a great grind !

10 am we will start to make a list of the teams present and continue with games from the list for the rest of the day .

The teams there are always open to having someone walk on with them, so you'll be fine
