As long as they don't butcher it up then yes, it would be epic. It would need to be at least a trilogy though. And as long as Yvonne Strahovski plays Miranda for real.

Match making was pretty terrible. I hate games where everyone has to confirm that they are ready.

Whaaaaat? I'm enjoying the MP right now. The singleplayer portion of the demo didn't please me, however, don't know why.

Probably because it was just a demo and too much of the SP and it would give away the story. The game is two weeks out now so might as well wait.
Must finish ME2 play through...

I'm getting close to finishing 1&2 myself (first time going through them). I think I have time to do another play through of 1 and 2 before the final release. I want to do some things different.

I was tempted to replaying ME2 again, and import my latest ME2 Shepard... but I saved the whole squad and crew anyway. Is there any advantage to play through it again... besides maxing out upgrades?
If not, I'll just finish playing Batman Arkham City. I put it on hold to replay ME and ME2 with choices I wanted imported over to ME3 when it comes out.

if you thought you made good decisions then there is no reason to play again. if you want to change a couple decisions then yes. every decision plays a part. I'm playing them over again.

heard the PC demo was hacked and they found out a **** ton of spoilers
There are many weapons on the multi that were not available on the demo or have even been on a ME game before

No, but retail price from most places is only like $15 each, ME1 and ME2 for $30 is well worth it.

The ME3 demo doesn't really give anything away that hasn't been spammed everywhere in trailers for the game. That said, you probably will be scratching your head as to wtf is going on and why people are doing the things they are without knowing what went down in ME1, ME2, and The Arrival.

It doesn't really ruin anything as far as spoilers go, but if you go back and play the series, you may be just one step ahead as far as terminology. I played the demo not having played the first two, and then I went back and started the first two this last weekend. Picked both up for $30, and as Ninja said, very much worth it.
It definitely doesn't give anything away, but when playing through the first two, you'll be like "oh so that's what they were talking about in the demo."
If anything, just DL the demo to play the multiplayer.

I am also conflicted. Played the first 2 on my Xbox, its getting up there in age, when I played the 2nd one on it it made a ton of noise spinning the disk, its only 20g so it barely kept the disk on the HD. I really want to play with my saves, I have several variations of saving council/rachni but also of killing council/rachni.
I can get the PC version if I "borrow" from some friends, but I really want those saves. I am totally against paying for all the DLC I will want to play though, and I am strapped for cash as it is. Decisions decisions...

You should have asked this question last weekend as ME 1 and 2 were $5 on Amazon.

Crisis (hopefully) averted, couple of ways to try and transfer Xbox saves to PC for ME2, trying now, we'll see in a week or so if it works. Hopefully by next week Tuesday the game will be out, I heard EA is launching a couple of copies of ME3 into low orbit via weather balloons and people can track the GPS coordinates and get the game a week early.

Great Success!!! I just switched my Xbox saves from ME2 to PC saves, I can't be sure they actually work to import into ME3 until I install ME3 on my computer, but for those looking to switch the saves over here is what I did (It should also work the other way around too).
You will need to download 2 programs:
http://www.game-tuts.com/community/modio.php
http://social.bioware.com/project/4373/#details
Starting from Xbox saves, take a flash drive (has to be 1GB or greater) and plug it into the Xbox. Take anything off of it you want because the drive has to be reformatted and you will lose everything on the drive. Go into memory settings on the Xbox, reformat the flash drive for Xbox storage, and navigate to your ME2 save and switch the save to the flash drive. (Note: this does not work for ME1 saves, only ME2) (Note2: it would not allow me to copy the save, only move it)
Once you have the save on the flash drive, put the flash drive in your computer and open the mobio zip and launch Mobio. Click explore a device on the front panel of Mobio, locate the flash drive, and extract the save somewhere on your computer. Now, click open save from Mobio and locate the save you just extracted. At the very top, there are 2 tabs, General File info and File Content. Click File Content and extract all saves to a file folder on your computer.
Now, extract the Gibbed modified save editor and open the program. (Note: this save editor is said to be able to modify saves, but it is not 100% full proof, modify at your own risk, and always back saves up if you are going to modify) Open up one of the xboxsav files with the save editor, and without changing anything, click save. In the drop down box, click save as pcsav instead of xboxsav and voila, you now have a PC save for ME2! (Note: follow the name restrictions for the save, ie. "Save_0100.pcsav" if your last save was Save_0099.pcsav)
I don't have ME2 for my computer so I can't tell you if the save works and loads properly, and again ME3 isn't out yet so I can't say for sure if the conversion works to import into ME3, but hopefully it does! To go from PC to Xbox, just do everything in reverse.
