I'll be taking the site down at around 6 oclock for some bios upgrades to our database server, and a new kernel.

It will be helpful to me

The system bios and backlane issues are to prevent a possible hang when softbooting, and i'm also gonna muck around in the bios a bit and make it reboot on power on, as well as making sure the new kernel upgrade goes well..
