Hopefully this will help although for fragile or cold paint I'd go out a bit more on the tension setting. Yours was set pretty high. You only need high tension for out of the gate speed when you start shooting. Once the hopper is actually going you max ROF won't really change much. 12.5bps out of the gate isn't a lot. Your added trigger delay will help keep things more consistent as well.
