The Championship Forumula by Dr Jack Stark.

It's a book I got a long time ago, started reading, stopped, and just picked it back up again. He used to be the team psychologist for the University of Nebraska during the championships in the 90s and is now a psychologist for Warren Buffet and Hendricks Motorsports in NASCAR.

It's a very dry read, but I think there's a lot of good information pulled from winning multiple championships with various teams. I'm a big self-help type book reader (my favorite book all time is by John Wooden called ""Wooden: A Lifetime Of Observations And Relfections On And Off The Court"), so this is somewhat up my alley. After this, I have "Three Sheets" by Zane Lampry loaded into my Kindle (a book about drinking in other cultures around the world... his TV show by the same name is very good also and can be found on Hulu) and then I also have a book by a jewish doctor in Auschwitz who was assigned to do "scientific research" on other inmates under the direction of Dr. Josef Mengele. The doctor survived and told his story, but it's absolutely horrific (as one would expect).
