You can go to NinjaPaintball.com, click the Warranty link, follow instructions for Bottle Warranty, click bottle warranty link, input info, print UPS label, send it in and the bottle manufacturer will remove the old gel coat and reapply a new formula, cure it, mount your reg back on it, and also pay for the return shipping, even though the bottle is still 100% safe to use and cracks do not affect the performance of your reg. As long as the fibers underneath are not damaged, you can safely still use the system. Might as well send it in for free and have them take care of you though

When you load the pic up, you will see a link for IMG code that has:

the tags at the beginning and end allow you to just post the pic instead of a link people have to click on to view the pic.

This may be a stupid question, but I just bought the ninja pro reg, can you adjust the swivel of where the fill nipple and gauge go while the tank has air in it? Been searching around and couldn't find anything about it. I just didn't want to blow the bonnet off it if for some reason it needs the grub screws to be tightened to seal. Thanks in advance.

Hey Fnieto, Ninja recommends that you do not swivel the fill nipple/gauge when there is pressure in the system. There should have been a disclaimer ticket of sorts attached to your system/reg when you got it detailing why they strongly advise you do not do so. Hope this helps, enjoy your new Pro reg!

Yeah I didn't remember seeing anything about it when I got it, although I was just so excited about it I just went to have it installed immediately. Thank you for informing me. I figured you shouldn't but just wanted to double check. I guess I'll have to wait till I finish off my air to swivel it. haha and I absolutely love it so far!

F8al's info is 100% accurate. We attach a disclaimer tag with the regs that states not to turn it under pressure. It could have been removed before you purchased it. Either way, make sure to drain all of the pressure out of the bottle before attempting to rotate the collar.

Glad to hear you're happy with the new reg

Got my cracked gel coated tanks back, and played with it for the first time in a local indoor tournament. After one of the matches, I cleaned a hit off and found a ding in the same area as a hit I had cleaned a hit off in between points. The marker and tank were connected and in a gun stand most of the night, and I was not doing any crazy dives. Has anyone else had this occur? I know the cracking issue has been documented and addressed, but I wanted to know if this is something that only I am coming across or if others have had the same issue.

Thanks in advance

Converting the reg to LP I removed the shims it says to in the instructions. I am curious however if I remove the last shim will it make the reg even lower pressure or end the world..etc?

If you have an issue with a re-worked gel coat tank, you would be the first person in the world with a problem after getting it back from the manufacturer. we have not had a single issue come up since the gel coat program has been put into place.

The world will blow up, hell will freeze over, pigs will start flying, and the fat lady will sing.

I keed i keed

Yes, removing all Adjustment Shims from a Ninja Adjustable output regulator will drop the pressure even further. You can safely run a Ninja regulator with zero shims inside.

i seem to be having trouble with my tank when i screw it into the gun. It appears to be that the middle pin may be sticking out further than it should letting the air out to soon. This is the first time ive tried this tank on this marker and no longer have any others to try it on to see if it is the tank or the gun. but again the pin looks to be sticking out to far.

I got a ninja 68/45 last summer now the pin that lets the air out sticks and lets some air out till i push it in again its like when it gets unscrewed slow it sticks. Like in a screw in on/ off as opposed to a pops or raps. I already tried lubing the bonnet pin assembly but it did it again so I'm wondering if this is just an annoyance I'll have to deal with or if there's a fix.
