Because he's a huge piece of ****. They also more or less officially said what we knew all along. They put him on IR not because of his ankle, but because he had a meltdown and freaked out on the coaches (just like when the threw a dumbell at Chilly) in front of a bunch of players. He's an incredible athlete but his time here is done.

Also...send percy to denver. ..my god he'll be a ****ing monster with peypey. If i was the Vikes, i think trading him to NE for Mallet would be a great deal for both sides. Pats get a replacemenr for Welker, Vikes get a legit young QB...my god...NE would be borderline unstoppable.

That would not happen. Mallet and a draft pick for Percy maybe. We aren't dumb enough to add a draft pick to that deal instead of them. Mallet and a late pick for Percy would be cool though.

Aye, that makes sense. With the value of a franchise qb I wouldn't be surprised if they thought we should be the ones adding the draft pick though. There is the small issue of Mallet being unproven that makes that reasoning not sit well with me.

No way should they add. They would be getting pretty much the only person who would be better than Welker. Also younger too and I feel like Belichik(sp?) could straighten him out.
