Honestly you could make that look really nice with a good mill file...it would take some time though.

Make the slant the same angle as the milled lines.

Thanx. Yeah, that was just a fast clean with my big a$$ file before I went away to watch hockey..
Tomorrow I'll re-touch the angle and do the hidden cuts. Stay tuned.

I'll try to go with a slope toward the back. I don't plan anno'ing it soon, so I'm trying to expose the least material possible. But I definately have to do something with that. It's still just a cleaned first cut.

this is pretty similar to mine. but im going to get my front block FSP'd

and i mostly used a dremel. i used a hack saw to do the downward cuts but a dremel for the back side cuts.

That's the slope backward, I like it more like that. I'll have to cut the bolt to be about like that in back position. Then superlightening the trigger...
