Axe shockwave board problem

So I've had this problem since the beginning but it never bothered me and I only noticed during the last practice of the season. I then forgot to look more into it.

I have a newer model axe meaning it has the shockwave board (I believe).

It is set to psp 12.5 but only shoots 2 shots per trigger pull instead of the standard 3. Everything seems fine, first 3 are single shot then when I go to ramp it only does 2 per trigger pull.
I tried resetting the board settings and setting it to psp 12.5 again figuring I did something wrong. Still have the same problem

Is this a common problem?
What is causing this?
How can this be solved?
Is this a board issue where I need to contact kee for a new one?

Contact Kee/Empire, explain situation and more then likely they will send you a new board free of charge. Sounds like a coding issue in the board.

You can change ramp settings in the setup menu. Google "Shockwave board manual" and its one of the blinking light settings on the trigger settings.

Thanks. I will be contacting kee soon. The manual does not show how to change the settings for the problem I have. It shows how many pulls to activate ramp and how fast you have to pull to sustain ramp. Thanks for the help though, I need to be able to change the amount of shots per each pull which isn't stated.

i noticed that when you are setting your firing mode, that if you use the second option, PSP/Burst, it doesnt shoot like you would think it would.

try setting it to the third option, mill/ramp

turn the eyes off and see

I rather just use the proper firing mode with eyes on. Don't need any technical difficulties before or during a point
