Please help

So I have a mini and I can't get the gun to shoot 270-280fps. The only way the gun does shoot those speeds is if I rise the operating pressure to over 300psi. Currently I have a infamous bolt, shock wave board. An that's about it.... Any suggestions?

Trun your pressure down before you mess it up and reset your board. If that doesnt work try a new battery. Have you cleaned and lubed everything?

I already turned it down. I have cleaned and lubed everything I also reset the board. I just ordered a new reg and solenoid. The solenoids' clicking sounded very week and the sound was inconstant. The gun is properly put together. Check valve is there and everything

Check the spring, make sure it's on the right way (if old style of kit), and are you underboring?

I'm over boring and or matching. And the spring kit is the new one.

Both sides of the spring feel pretty even but I do put the bolt in which ever side I feel is smaller.

Underbore. You have to underbore with most, if not all of the lighter aftermarket bolts.

i've had trouble with this before and i usually take out the poppet and make sure to wipe down and clean/dry where the poppet face sits on the bolt guide. i also get a Q-tip and clean the inside of the bolt guide where the poppet face sits. after that, i carefully inspect the poppet oring, or put on a new oring and lightly lube the oring....after that, i drop a few drops of gun oil in the reg, air it up, dry fire a few shots, grab some paint, hit the chrono and usually does the trick.

i also had a boss v2 bolt and couldn't get it to chrono above 270fps. i was using the stock spring and took out the bumper oring and spacer and it worked great after that....i dunno about the infamous bolt or which spring you are using but i'd try the above first. oh, and make sure your tank is screw in all the way.

All stated above will work, but if I'll pitch in a bit aswell. Make sure your marker is clean, no dirt, paint, etc. Now make sure all the O-rings on your bolts are lubed nicely. Don't overlube as this can cause problems. Now also make sure there are no leaks at all, air up the marker and listen closely for any leaks. If you still can't shoot over 280fps there's a few things that can still be the possibility.

Paint. What kind of paint are you shooting? Entry level paint tends to be a little inconsistent over the chronograph, ask around if you can get a handful of premium and send a few over the chrono, if the fps goes up, there is your problem.

Also earlier today a buddy a mine was playing with his Mini and he was having insanely unconsistant shots. The first one is a cannon and the next shot barely rolls out. His problem was the Asa wasn't tight enough so not enough pressure from the tank was flowing into the marker. Make sure you have no problems with the asa and everything is nice and tight on your marker.

If nothing works try to take it to a local shop and get it looked it, worst case scenario you have to cough up 20 bucks.

Regardless of ANYTHING else you do, underbore. Stop matching or over boring. It's quite possible to get a 15~20 fps jump if you underbore, especially more so with the boss bolt.

If are having low velocity it is likely because the poppet o-ring is bad. Try switching that o-ring

I will try all of the above. As soon as I get a chance. I'm playing in 45-18 degree weather (i mean its indoors but how much can that place really warm up when its 10 degrees outside and its a full x ball field) do you think that might have an impact at well?

Like sdzell said. Try a new poppet o-ring. Also like most others have said, Under Bore. It makes a huge difference. Please feel free to contact me if you can not figure it out.

empty your tank, Than screw it all the way onto the marker, THAN fill the tank, make sure your set at 200 on the reg. that should do it
